Meet Cally

Cally was rescued from death row in the North East in July, she was placed in an emergency foster home but the two rescues initially involved with the rescue of Cally fell out and both rescues refused to accept any responsibility for Cally, leaving her in foster and without any rescue back up. When we learned of her plight, we couldnt just ignore it and walk away like others had, so we offered rescue back up.

We would now like to introduce her to you all, Cally is a staffie female,

approx 4 years old. Initially she wasnt too keen on other dogs, but her foster mummy Natalie has worked extremely hard with Cally and she now plays beautifully with Natalies own staffie girl. Cally still has some way to go regarding socialisation with other dogs but we will be working on this further with her foster mummy. Cally just adores human company too and will be a friend for life. Cally has to be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and is in need of some dental work. K9 Search UK will ensure that Cally gets everything that she needs before she is rehomed. Once all this has been done, we will be looking for a forever home for Cally, a special experienced home that will continue to work with her on socialisation with other dogs and training. But there is no rush on our part, we just need to find the right home for her.

If you think that you can offer Cally her forever home, please contact K9 Search UK on 07988 433187 and we will send you our questionaire and our terms & conditions. Please note that we will carry out a homecheck, will require a vets reference and you will be required to visit Cally beforehand (currently fostered in Kent). A rehoming donation would be welcomed.

If anyone would like to contribute to the costs involved for Callys necessary treatment you can find ways to donate by clicking this link. Please remember to mark your donations "Cally".
