On the weekend (March 20th-21st) Petlog implemented a new microchipping database. Users are being requested to re-register using their original log in email and password to access the new database.

However, users of the new database are reporting some alarming issues........

1. Animal details missing from their accounts

2. Previous Petlog Premium account holders being requested to make payment again.

3. Rescues are reporting that some microchips of rehomed animals have been relisted on their accounts despite the microchips being previously transferred to new owners.

Re-register if you havent already done so

When you have access to your account please check to make sure everything is in order.
